• Payment MUST be received with your registration. NO registration will be processed without payment. Registrations received before 23:59 (GMT+7) on Monday, 30th September 2024, will be charged the Early Bird Rate. Registrations received after 23:59 (GMT+7) on Monday, 30th September 2024, will be charged the Standard Rate. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to each registrant.

• Proof of student status must be provided (e.g. student ID, letter by the supervisor, etcetera) and sent by email to icamm24@hcmus.edu.vn.

• Registration fees for accompanying persons are same as the attendance.

The conference registration fee includes:

• Scientific material of the symposium

• Coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner for each day.

*Dinner is not served on the 3rd day.

*Excursion fee is not included.
