• Each author is not allowed to register for more than 2 abstracts.

A subcharge of 24 USD (600.000 VND) is required for the registration of the second.

• Payment MUST be received with your registration.
  NO registration will be processed without payment.
  The banking service fee must be paid separately and is not included in the registration fee.

• Registrations received before 23:59 (GMT+7) on Monday, 30th September 2024, will be charged the Early Bird Rate. Registrations received after 23:59 (GMT+7) on Monday, 30th September 2024, will be charged the Standard Rate. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to each registrant.

• Proof of student status must be provided (e.g. student ID, letter by the supervisor, etcetera).

• Registration fees for accompanying persons are same as the attendance.

The conference registration fee includes:

• Scientific material of the symposium

• Coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner for each day.

*Dinner is not served on the 3rd day.

*Excursion fee is not included.

Payment:

The registration fees can be paid by Bank Transfer or On-site.

If you have no abstract submission, please write "ICAMM24 YourFullName"

NOTICE: In case the fee payment is not made by you personally (e.g. if the name of the card holder is not yours or if the bank transfer is made by your Institution/Company), you are kindly asked to send an e-mail to icamm24@hcmus.edu.vn, specifying who or what institution has actually made the payment. This would avoid mistakes in establishing the right correspondence between registered participants and fee payers.

Visa information:

In case that you need to apply for Visa, you are kindly requested to contact us for a hard copy of invitation letter.

Because of the number of visa applications and the need for thorough security reviews, the visa application process can take several months. We strongly encourage travelers to apply for their visas as early as possible.
